Child Safety Standards

This page sets out the published child safety standards for Gurudada—the same name under which our app appears on Google Play (package com.gurudada.mobile). These standards are published by Gurudada, Inc. (“we”, “us”) and apply to the Gurudada mobile application and related services.

Child safety is a core compliance obligation for Gurudada. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, including but not limited to grooming, solicitation, trafficking, or distribution of CSAE materials. CSAE is strictly prohibited on Gurudada.

Gurudada is intended for adults. Our Terms of Use require users to be at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow minors to use Gurudada as registered users. Any attempt to use Gurudada to sexualize, endanger, or exploit children violates these standards and our Terms.

Reporting child safety concerns and CSAE: If you become aware of content or behaviour on Gurudada that relates to child safety or suspected CSAE, report it immediately. You can use in-app tools such as Block & Report where available, and/or contact us at cs@gurudada.com or feedback@gurudada.com. Please include “Child safety” or “CSAE report” in the subject line and as much detail as you can safely provide.

Enforcement: We investigate reports in line with applicable law. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with law enforcement and organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where required or appropriate. Nothing on this page limits our legal obligations.

Related policies: Our general rules for behaviour, content, and privacy are in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy on Gurudada’s website. Those documents work together with this child safety statement to protect users and comply with platform requirements, including Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy.
